What we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, and delivery address. We collect this because we need it to confirm availability, deliver your rental, and contact you about your event.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep only a record of the amount paid and the last four digits of the card, so we can match payments to your booking and issue refunds.

How we use your information

To confirm, schedule, deliver, and pick up your rental.
To send booking confirmations, balance reminders, and your rental agreement.
To answer questions you send us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business — our payment processor and our email provider.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember what is in your cart between pages. We do not use advertising trackers.
