We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will receive a partial refund. We appreciate your understanding.
No, a generator is not included with our inflatable rentals. However, we do provide a blower for the inflatables at no additional cost. The blower is essential for keeping the inflatables inflated during your event and ensuring continuous fun for all participants. If your event is at a location without access to power, you will need to rent a generator separately.
